Process for Rib and Block Concrete slabs

Rib and Block Slabs client’s needs to obtain firstly an engineer’s design by a structural engineer on the approved Architural plans of the project.

Final measurements need to be done when building works are done at slab level or by the engineer or we can provide to come and do the final measurements for the slab materials.

If you don’t have your own engineer, we can refer you as the client to an engineer to assist with your project.

Clients must provide us with the design with the material list on the Rib and Block materials, specified by the engineer.

The engineer needs to supply you as the client with a completion certificate on approval of the installation of the Rib and Block slab. The engineer needs to do a site inspection after installation was completed, before concrete gets poured.
