The Company started its activities in 2014 by Frimabuild Pty Ltd in Johannesburg. In 2018 Firmabuild sold its Rib and Block yard to West Rand Block and Lintel Pty Ltd, to Bertus Schreuder who had many years of experience in the Rib and Block manufacturing Industry.

We at West Rand Block and Lintel have highly trained staff, attention to detail and tight quality control systems and that is what gives us the edge. We are recognized for our unrivalled tradition of quality, innovation, and professionalism that our clients have learnt to rely on.

Our Capacity & Growth

With our current personnel strength of 35 employees and a fleet of three trucks, Associated Manufacturing and Loading equipment, West Rand Block and Lintel manages to produce 4000 linear meters of pre-stressed lintels per week and the block yard produces on average 2100 blocks per day.

Our client base includes Civil Engineers, Architects, Building Contractors, Property Developers, and the Public in general. We deliver throughout Gauteng.
